Default Huge Relay problem!! Just did my engine swap.

Ok so here is the problem,

I had a a bad Fuel Relay, So I resolderd it like the teg tips at G2IC said,
And it kinda worked,

Well As I was going to school this morning it cut out and wouldnt let me start it, so Its still sitting at my local Shell.

Well, I went to acura today and got a brand new Fuel Main relay,

Here is what it is doing.

I turn key, it clicks, and then clicks when CEL goes off.
I turn Key to start, And it clicks like crazy over and over, 10+times a second and wont start.

I think there is somthing wrong somewhere, But then why could I drive lastnight and htis mornin and then this happen?

What is it?

I need to know ASAP!

Thank in advance,

BTW, Its a 1990 Acura Integra rs, obd0
W/ JDM B16A full swap obd0 From HMO.

I know the problem!!!!!!!! Adjust the negative battery terminal by moving it around. That should make the car work

Happened to me once.

sounds like a battery problem.
everything will start clicking like mad.
IDK, but u can use a jumper wire from power to ground on opposing sides of the relay to make sure it is switching. But th eclicking is a indicator that the relay is functioning, how well in hard to say w/o a Digital Multimeter.

Ok I'm back. And I adjusted the pos and neg and still, and then I tried jump startin, and still nothin.

I'm confused.

I have a question. I have the thermostat housing ground going to my neg batter termnal, that would be a problem would it? becuase It start fine lastnight, this morning and other times,

The battery I have is huge, It doesnt even fit in the Tray holder,
And the battery Light in my cluster is also on.

But, if thats what it is, then why was it fine untill now?

Bump!

its possible but doubtful, Id just put the ground where the engineers wanted it.
as for it not working maybe ur battery is bad. Im not sure but did u use your old alternator? I know when I seapped in my btwizzle, the crank pulley was larger and this could effect charge rate...
Just throwing some guesses out, its hard to diagnos a prob. like this w/o seeing/hearing it.

No, I used the new alt,

And I tried jump jumpstarting it, and still nothing.

One thing I did notice as even when I had it connected to another car, (jumpstarting) I turned on the turn signal just to check for power and when it flashed the cluster lights dimmed.

it didnt do this lastnight, so I'm not sure.

edit, also, Lastnight I noticed that after I started it, and went home, the Headlights Were the brightest I had ever seen. So Not sure if its the battery

But again here is what its doing,

After I turn the key to start th car,

The Main Fuel Relay clicks, it sounds like its shorting out

Not sure how else to say it, And My digi cam doesnt have Video With sound.

just get a new battery man. Just cause a jump didn't work doesn't mean your battery isn't toast.

yeah

Ok guys I went thru all the fuses one by one,
and a Fuse under the bay was blown. I replaced it and it started right up.

I drove it home, and as I was driven home when I change gears it popped and would smoke, But I think its becuase it hasnt been run in forever,

I really need to wire Vtec up and figure out why its poppin and smokin
