Default Dyno: Simple ITR build - 210whp/134tq

Here is a graph of a customers car we tuned recently. Bone stock ITR motor with RM M22X cams, a DTR (Six-Sigma-Racing) 2.0L header, and Crome tuned. This is a very simple build with a good combination of parts and tuning.

Paying attention to detail owns you! Look at the dyno plot....lower right corner. The header is a DTR 2.0L.

If this car is who's I think it is, then it's a USDM block.

Header is made by Danny Tran Racing (DTR), now known as Six Sigma Racing (SSR).

in your opinion, does the 2.0 liter header have a detrimental effect on his powerband, since it was designed for a bigger motor?

we did rev the motor more it fell off like 200rpm's later, yes the 2.0 header would have an effect on a 1.8 header but if ne one was to do a 1.8 liter header and want to also do a 2 liter later then id just sell them the 2.0 header , also i might add this is dtr's old design , they now have one that makes optimal power on a 1.8 liter and 2.0 this car also had a full exhaust apex N1 and it had a password jdm carbon intake

ditto... would a header designed for a 1.8L yield somewhat better numbers?

The motor is a JDM ITR motor 96 spec I believe. I think we are going to test a few other headers on this setup to see the differences between them.
