Default Very quick fuel pressure drop

Immediately after I shut off my car, the fuel pressure drops to 0. Well within 30 seconds of shutting it off. I smell or see no fuel. I just installed an aem fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator on a 2000 Honda civic SI motor(B16A2). I also installed a spoon sports throttle body and an A'pexi voltage stabilizer. The idle seems to fluctuate from 1k to 1.5k rpms after normal acceleration and deceleration from one stop light to the next. It will do this 3-4 times usually and then stabilize at 850 rpms where it should be. I also get a check engine light in vtec that disappears when I shut the car off. When it is on, the idle is constantly fluctuating between 1k and 1.5k rpms. I don't think I have any vacuum leaks however is it possible that the EACV is sticking? I get a little hesitation occassionally at lower throttle depression as well, generally between 1/16 to 3/8 throttle. Is it injectors? Someone at honda told me I was getting too much fuel and that is why the check engine light comes in in VTEC. If you have experienced something similar and found the answer, please help.

I have a venom fuel pump installed which was installed a couple of years ago.....I think I am going to go with oem replacement. Maybe the venom fuel pump is delivering too much gas?
