Hi ,
I recently built a engine 1.6 B16A jdm rebuilt it with fresh new parts and i decide to upgraded with performance parts.
PARTS LIST :
-new nippon pistons b16b for b16a engine high compresion 81.5(first rebuilt)
-Oem head gasket
-Stock crankshaft and rods
-Skunk2 tuner stage 2 camshafts, titanium reteiners skunk2 , dual springs skunk2 , vtec lost assembly skunk2 ( I bought them NEW form real street )
-ITR intake Full
-EK9 header , skunk2 63.5 exhaust mega power
-p30 chiped ecu (with program for this engine )
-walbro fuel pump
-OEM cams gear
-fidanza flywheel

The problem is that i dyno the car (MAHA DYNO) and the engine make 171bhp with 14,5 nm with all this mods and the stock engine make in the same dyno 164 bhp . Here in Greece with this mods will make at least 186bhp on motor and no one cant tell me where is the problem .
I checked the valvle clearance and it was ok .
What i am missing ? Please i will be glad to hear your opinion .
