Hi not sure if anyone will know this but I just ordered a 2004 bumper for my 2002 AP1, I know that the 04' bumper will fit and the part number is 04711-S2A-A91ZZ. When I looked at my receipt the part number was 04711-S2A-A92ZZ which I believe is for the 2008 model. I called the parts department and they said the 2008 model supercedes the 2004 so thats why they billed me for that one. Anyone heard of this?

so the ap2 bumper will fit fine on the ap2 would u need to change the headlights on the ap1?

unbolt old bumper
install new bumper

 

You will also need to grind down the corners of the bumper support. The ap1 has a larger bumper support and the corners will rub near the headlight on the ap2 bumper causing it to budge.
