Not real impressed, man.
I asked for a price on ss-p's for an em2 a few pages back. Got a response for 1300 shipped. Went ahead and ordered and was told it'd be another $165. The reason was because there are so many pm's to reply to, it's hard to keep straight sometimes.
Went ahead and ordered anyways, asked to have them sent out asap. Was told they'd be sent out that day (wanted to install them for a show and have them by the weekend) and my order would take priority due to the quote mishap. Called back the next day to confirm shipping and was given the run around, didn't even remember who I was or what was said about prioritizing my order. They weren't shipped out until the following day, last minute.
Thumbs down on the service. I would have gone somewhere else.

Thanks for the feedback. We appreciate hearing good or bad. It makes us more aware and increase our customer service. We processed the order as quickly as possible. But when you have 30 orders going out in one day it gets a little tricky. I apologize about the 1 day delay. We did our best. You were misquoted and not charged for shipping. It was mentioned to you prior to ordering. Customer satisfactions is our #1 goal. If you are still not happy we will do whatever it takes to turn this situation around. Check your Pm.
