Are these 4x100 or 4x114.3? Willing to ship? What does practically new mean? From the pics I can see they look mint, what are the minor flaws (if any)?

as for fitting an S2K youd need 4x100 to 5x114 adapters, those are usually around $200 a pair so total investment would be around 2k with the rims and tires and adapters

I thought they were s2000 lug pattern. I have been looking for these and classics for a long time. My car is overdue nice rims. I'm on s2k cr rims and I'm bored of them already.
