WORK equip 03 2pc.?

took the WORK equips apart to spray them,NOW they don't WANT to slide back in. seems like the lip and tire part went oval as soon as i banged them out........HELP!

Paint has a thickness to it. Lightly sand the outer portion of the faces, and see if that doesn't help.

i did'nt spray that part where the face slides into the lip!
