i bought some 215/50/16 for my ek along with some new wheels....i got tires and looking at em and wondering if they are gonna rub im gonna have new omni power adj coilovers with kyb struts will i have clearance without being to high

they will rub pretty badly.. 215/45r16 or 205/45r16 are the correct size tires for your application. Another thing that will determine how bad they will rub will also be the offset of the wheel

I'd go with 205-40/16 if you're gonna be pretty low, if not profile 45 is fine

 

i think 40 is a little to low profile is ther any size where i could still have a 50 like205/50/16?? or does it have to be 205/45/16 again the offset is 40

You were already told that 205/45-16 (or 215/45-16) is the proper size for your application, and 205/50-16 will rub. That's your answer.
