Default Wheels and Tires

Hey guys what's up? I'm currently buying XXR 527 rims, and I would just like to know: if I stretch out my tires that are 205/60/16, would they fit onto a rims size that is 18x9.75 with an offset of 20?

16" tires will never fit on an 18" wheel (at least not in a fashion that would be road legal, or safe at all).

Might not hold much air either ;-) If you're serious about mounting a 205 tire on a 9+" wide wheel you'd have a really hard time getting the beads to seat. If you were able to get the beads seated you'd have to run a huge amount of air pressure in the tire. Maybe more than the tire is rated for. All in all a bad idea.
