Default Wheels more FLUSH!!??

Alright well i have some drag dr-20 rims with a +40 offset, they fit nice for lowering spring but I'm going to be installing a full set of tein super street coils and i want the rims to be more flush when i slam the car down like say a +0 offset rim would be, is there a way to make this happen with the rims i have possibly wheel spacers etc??

any help would be great! thanks.

I'm sorry, you said "I", not a "friend".

Without knowing the wheel width, the offset is completely irrelevant.

i guess, sorry the wheel is a 15''x7'' with a +40 offset. I'm looking to bring the wheel out about 1.5cm or 15mm.

I could use hub centric wheel spacers correct?

Yes. And extended studs.

15mm would definitely make it sit close to the fenders/quarter panels. You could either get a bolt-on spacer which has studs in it, or get extended lug studs and run a floating spacer.
