Default Wheels Fitment

Hey guys. I have prob. I have a 96 ek coupe w/ a b18 swap and want to buy new wheels. Now I run on Japan Racing wheels 17x7 et25 w 205/40 Toyo Proxes T1R
I think about a 15x8 setup but I don’t know which offset will gonna good for me. On the site Willtheyfit it’s showing that I need a wheel with 37-40 offset.
Anyone know a good wheel for it? I want to go lower. Now I’m 16cm high from the ground but if I turn hard, rub.... I saw some threads of it and everyone write go for 25 offset but on Willtheyfit it’s showing me its gonna poke out a lot.
Can you help me guys.
Ps i bought the car with these wheels and I never bought a wheel before.
Help me please..

15x8 +36 will fit great with no poke in the front and just a tiny bit in the rear. You will need to roll the rear fenders and rework the front liners and lips to run a 205/50 tire.
