I have 15" wheels they have a chrome offset and are like 8 or 9 spoke. They are black and have a clear coat that is peeling. What would be the best way to refinish and repaint the wheels especially the chrome. Soon enough i will have pictures. They dont need to look 100% mint. I just want to improve them from what they are. I was also wondering how is the easiest way to get a tire off a wheel yourself? Thanks.

Yes I read that, I was just wondering about the chrome...

 

I might paint my chrome offset black so the wheel and offset are black. Any invoice?
