I have a 98 honda civic ex. I just bought some motegi mr7 17 inch wheels. Do I need to get hub centric rings since the mr7s are 72.7 hub bore? And I can't figure out what kind of lugs I need....size and spline and lug nut seat. Need some help

 

Unless the lug seats on the wheels are damaged, you won't need hubcentric rings.

Your car (unless it was modified poorly) should have 12x1.5mm lug nuts and those wheels will require a conical taper lug seat.

However, your wheels are a bit on the tall side for your car and will require some smaller sidewall tires.

 

So all I need to get is 12x1.5 conical lug nuts and I should be fine? The tires on them are 40s
