wheel offsets???
I was thinking of buying a set of racing hart type c's on memoryfab.com. The specs of the wheels are 16x7 with a +38 offset and I 'm wondering if I will run into trouble with the offsets of the rims? Will it rub on the fender or will it clear the control arms???Does anyone have any experience with this type or knowledge of this offset of rim for a honda civic. The car is at stock height right now if that helps out.
It depends in part on the size of the tire, which you didn't mention. The proper size tire for 16" wheels on your car is 205/45-16; with the proper offset, that size tire should work without rubbing. However, others will have to tell you what the proper offset is.

You don't say anything about the tires. You only described the wheels.
