what wheel is this?

was browsing car-part and decided to check out the junkyards to see what the prices were... clicked on wheels with images and found this particular wheel. a 14x5.5 10 spoke that existed on 2000 civics? but i've never seen it before but its factory.

anyone seen these? i want them.
