First decide on the size, then decide on the best tire.
Is your '95 Accord LX a four-cylinder, or does it have the V6? If it has the four, it came with 185/70-14 stock tires and you need size 205/50-16. If it has the six, it came with 195/65-15 stock tires and you need size 205/55-16.
In either case, there are other tires I would get over either of the two you mention. (Also, the Falken FK-451 is being discontinued and replaced by the newer Falken FK-452. But I would still buy something else.)
In particular, I would get the Avon Tech M500 (at the Tire Rack, prices are $81 for 205/50-16, $77 for 205/55-16) or the Kumho Ecsta SPT ($81 for 205/50-16, $69 for 205/55-16). Both are better than the ES100 or the Falken. The Avon is a bit better than the Kumho.
Also, shop around. For example, the Kumho SPT in 205/50-16 is $81 plus shipping at the Tire Rack, but it's $79 with free shipping at Discount Tire, which means your total there on a set of four will be lower by $50-60.

I was going to go with the SPT's for my car, but tirerack was backordered indefinately on them (in a 205/50/15).
I ended up going with the yoko ES100. They've been great for me so far.
I've heard that the sidewall on the Kumho SPT flexes more than the ES100, leading to a slightly less crisp turn in response. Looking at the Tire Rack tests, the ES100, M500 and the SPT are pretty close overall.
The next tire i want to try is the Avon M500, either that or the Hankook R-S2 (the hankooks b/c they're availible in 225/45/15).
To the OP, for the tires you listed, I'd def choose the ES100 over the falkens. But i'd choose the Avon M500 over the ES100. Get the right tire size, 205.50.16 so your effective gearing won't be off.

Because the cars had different size tires depending on which engine they. And you want to get tires whose outer diameter is as close as possible to that of the stock tires.
Incidentally, I see that in 205/50-16, the Yokohama ES100 is $5 cheaper than the SPT at Discount Tire ($74 vs $79). Even though the SPT is slightly better (mostly in rain), the difference isn't huge, so don't be afraid to get the ES100 and save the $20. That means the ES100 is $296 for four, with free shipping.

Horrible advice! I would go with the SPT or the Avon Tech M500.
