I am about to order new wheels and tires. The wheels are flat titanium and the the only valve stems they carry are chrome. Will this stick out or will it be hardly noticable? Is it hard to change valve stems? Thanks

 

It will be fine. No one will notice them, one way or another.

 

see if your local tire shop can get you the flat mounted valve stem pieces........if you are worried about the colr of the valve stem.......
