Default Tire Size

I have a 96 civic hatchback with 16 inch wheels with 205/45/16. The ride isn't terrible but it could be better. I want to go with a 205/50/16. It will technically fit but with issues I'm sure. Here's my suspension mod list currently on the vehicle;

KYB AGX shocks
H&R sport springs from EM1
Front EX swaybar
Rear ASR with EK9 swaybar
Stock camber links at all 4 corners
GSR motor (weight is a factor?)
No spacers
16x7 5zigen FN01-R +43 offset (not certain of offset may be +45)

What will I need to do to make this tire size fit? I don't care about speedo or odo readings. I don't care about launching off the line. I've been spoiled with my new truck and it's ride comfort and would like my civic to be more comfortable. I'm not a racer by any means. Please share your input.
