Tire size?
I am about to order the Weds Sports SA-90 bronze rims in the 16x7 rim size. The tires I want are the BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 2. Tire rack only has them in a 225/45ZR16. Do you all think that will be to wide of a tire for the rim size? Will there to much over lap on the sides. I have 17's on there now with a 215/40ZR17 and I cant remember exactly how the tires looked when on the rim (I am deployed right now and have been out here for almost 4 months and cant really go outside to look at it person.) I am wanting to order these now so that they will be there before I get back home so I can immediatley put my suspension on and also the new rims and tires in one day. Any advice or opinions are greatly appreciated. According to BFG's website, http://www.bfgoodrichtires.com....html , it should have no problems but like I said, any opinions would greatly appreciated. Plus if anyone has happened to personally have used them and could tell me if they liked them and also how they handled would also be greatly appreciated.
what car will these be going on? that should be the primary, if not only determinant of what size tire you select.
Im not sure where you are seeing that only the 225/45/16 is in stock, going down the list of sizes available in that tire, the only one not listed as 'instock' is a one of the 255/45/18 options.(seen here)
also, general opinion is that those tires are far too expensive for the level of performance they provide. they are priced like top-tier tires, i/e Goodyear GS-D3, and are about on par with budget performance tires such as the Kumho Ecsta SPT, which can be had for significantly less money.
Ultimately its your choice what tires you buy, but there are much better options out there for your performance dollar.

The tire size I would perfer, is a 215/45ZR16. That tire size isnt made by BFG in this tire style. I dont really want to drop down to a 205/45ZR16. I will take a look at those tires that you mentioned though. Bump for more opinions on these tires.
Why didn't you answer his question?

If you want to tell us what kind of car this is for - year, model, version, etc - we can answer your question and provide good advice on the proper size tires for your car. Or, you can continue to ignore the question, and you won't get good advice at all, in which case there's no point in continuing the discussion.

It will be going on a DA. Sorry I didnt metion that. With that wheel width I am almost positive that I am going to have roll the fenders, which I was already planning on doing.
The stock tire size on a DA Integra is 195/60-14. Here is how the closest 16" tire sizes compare in diameter with stock:
195/60-14: 23.21" (stock)
195/45-16: 22.91" (-1.3 percent)
205/45-16: 23.26" (+0.2 percent)
215/45-16: 23.62" (+1.8 percent)
I would go with the 205/45-16. You shouldn't have to roll your fenders at all (with the proper offset and wheel width), it won't rub (ditto), and there are LOTS of excellent tires in that size, including the outstanding dry traction of the Bridgestone Potenza RE-01R and the great blend of dry traction, wet traction, and treadlife of the Goodyear F1 GS-D3, as well as the excellent "bang for the buck" of the Kumho SPT. Those are three great tires, all available in 205/45-16. There's no need to go to 215/45, and the difference in performance due to the extra 10 mm of treadwidth is relatively insignificant by comparison. Heck, the RE-01R or F1 GS-D3 in 205/45-16 will give you better performance than the KDW2 in 225/45-16. (The Azenis in 215/45-16 is another good choice, though.)
