Tire ?
I'm trying to decide what way I want to go and would like some imput. The car is a 02 RSX Type-S approx 300whp, right now I'm running 225/45/17 Continental ExtremeContact DW tires. I'm trying to decide if I should go with a wider, say 245/40/17 or if I should just step up to a drag radial as first gear is mostly useless above 50% throttle. I do drive it a decent amount but do plan on taking it to the track once a month or so. I do have an extra set of wheels and had thought about doing one set for track, one for road but I need more traction on the road.
On a side note, I'm working on getting an lsd just saving up for it.

We haven't had much luck with anything wider than the 225 fitting without a rub, so I couldn't guarantee a wider size would work. in 225/45R17 if you don't care about wet traction the Kumho ECSTA XS is great in dry (but very slick in wet). Also consider the BF Goodrich GForce Rival.........
