Racing Hart D Spec. Superlative Racing Dish
The brand name is "Racing Hart". The rest is the model name.

I don't think I am making myself clear here. like in general, not just this particular brand, but is there a particular name that describes these styles of wheels? Like I am talking general, like if I were to say five spoke wheels, or mesh wheels, these would be qualified as what?

Yes, they'd be a "dish" style wheel.

well with the help of google and some other car savvy friends these are known as "turbo" wheels. Very big in the 80's and early 90's when turbo was added to everything, and thus the turbo wheel was born, supposedly they helped with brake cooling by pushing air towards the brakes, supposedly. And this supposed pushing, was coined as a turbo effect.

Not quite, but good try. Ronal manufactured a wheel dubbed the "turbo" in the late 80's, and many wheels have been considered to be "turbo" knock-off's. Which is how some got that nickname. But, as far as brake cooling is concerned, "dish" style wheels are no better at cooling than most wheels, because their fins aren't angled to pull or push air in/out of the wheel cavity. A "fin" style wheel would be better suited for the job, like an SSR Defi Racing Fin wheel. "Dish" style wheels were designed for brake clearance, due to the faces being so concave.

yeah i refer to them as turbo dish wheels or sometimes i refer to them as aerodynamic wheels. as far as brake cooling.. im not quite sure about that but a lot of companies claim them to be used for that.
