Default Snow tire long tear

My Michelin X-Ice snow tire had a long tear.
Can it be repaired?
How?
Which material do you recommend?
If it cannot be repaired, I will take it and the corresponding snow tire off the front, put on two all-season tires at the front, then I can drive to the nearest tire center.
I should not put 1 all-season tire and 3 winter tires for my car, right?

Do you park along a curb on that side of the vehicle? Looks like someone rubs that tire on the curb a lot.

That tire is toast and will need to be replaced.

A few miles to get to a tire shop won't hurt anything to run just the single all season.
