Default polished/silver wheels

well my old school enkei mesh wheels were painted black. i used aircraft paint remover and got all the paint out. the outside of the wheels were polished and going towards the middle it was silver. is there anyway i can get the center back to its polished look?

mothers polish?

I would start w/ 320 grit and work your way up to 2000, using a palm sander. Then hit it with the metal polish.
