Default Noob question

Hey guys, I currently have some gsr fat fives with 195/65/15 tiresn(I think they are 65 and not 60). They are mounted on some bridgestones as far as I remember. I haven't driven this car in a few months so I'm not sure what exactly it has right now.

My question here is : would I be able to fit a 16x7 wheel on the current tires?

Also, would you guys recommend any cheap alloy wheels that I can look around for? Looking for them to be in the same range as the fat fives,p, but I'm looking for a better offset so I can get my wheels a little more flush, rather than tucking in so much. What is an acceptable offset as well?

Sorry for these ridiculous questions.

No. You cannot fit 16" wheels in a 15" tire.

How do you not know if they are a 60 or 65 series when you posted up those numbers? How did you get them? I'm assuming off of the tire.

195=width of tire in mm
65=height of tire in % of tire width
15=rim size in inches.
