It all depends on what you're looking for, but I wouldn't recommend the NeoGen.

Also, you don't mention what size wheels you will be putting these tires on. Care to share? Wheel size determines tire size, which affects tire availability. On your car, you need 185/60-14 for 14" wheels, 195/50-15 for 15" wheels, and 205/40-16 for 16" wheels.

If you want the best traction on dry pavement, get the Falken Azenis RT-615. Downsides are rapid treadwear (they typically last 10-12K miles) and so-so performance in rain.

If you want outstanding traction on dry pavement and wet pavement, with reasonably long treadlife (25-40K miles), the Goodyear F1 GS-D3 is a great choice. But it's somewhat expensive.

If you are looking for something less expensive, you'll need to accept a little bit less performance, in which case the Kumho SPT is a good choice. Pretty good on dry pavement, excellent in rain, long treadlife, and moderate price.

All of the above are summer tires and should not be used in snow or bitter cold. This is one reason why it helps if you can show your location in your profile, to help answer questions like this. If you have to use these tires in snow and cold during the winter as well as in moderate to warm temperatures the rest of the year, you will be better off with an all-season tire, in which case the Kumho SPT is a much better all-season tire than the Nitto NeoGen.
