so... the question is, stock vs aftermarket??

I tried searching, but didn't land much help... so, on an aftermarket wheel, what is the way to go?? I've had stock lugs on my current wheels (came with the car, >> cheap aftermarket wheels) and I want to know what is the best (and safest) thing to have on...
