The wheel itself looks like a Buddy Club, but it's not. IDK, might be some obscure replica.

Looked at them yesterday, and I didn't have a good idea as to who makes them. So, I just didn't respond.

If they're made in the Philippines, that sort of limits you on manufacturers (Rota being the largest wheel manufacturer on those islands).
