How to read Tire Sizes??

I think it's width/ sidewall height/ wheel sixe. Is that right?

Most tire sizes are expressed in this way: 205/50-15. There are other letter codes thrown in, but they don't affect the size.
In this example, 205 is the width of the tread in millimeters, the sidewall height is 50 percent of the tread width, i.e. .50 * 205 mm = 102.5 mm (50 is known as the "aspect ratio"), and 15 is the diameter of the wheel in inches (measured at the tire bead where the tire is mounted, so it's called a 15-inch wheel even though the outer dimension is bigger, usually about an inch larger).
