Default help with a leaking bead

I have 25x9x15 slicks and im tryin to mount them on rota slips 7.5x15. Im having trouble getting the bead to seal i have tried cleaning them and no luck. Would i be better running tubes or no tubes?

Is it a stretched tire? How old are the tires? Did you damage the bead when mounting them? Have you tired using bead sealer?
