Default Help???

I recently bought some enkei rpf1 16x8 with tire size 205/50/16
Which are too thick and have to lift it up alot in order to not rub. I dont want to roll my
Fenders.
Which size should I run a 205/40/16 or 215/40/16
Its on an 1996 hatchback
I am not into being hella slammed car is lowered on a functional height.
Which would be the best Thanks

Ok the 205 is the tire width 40 is the hight of the sidewall and 16 is wheel size..... so is the 205/40 rubbing on the outside (fender) or on the inside?

Go with the 205/40/16. This will give you a slightly shorter tire.. and you wont have to adjust ride height as much to fit. Just remember to give room for the suspension to move..

The car should dictate the tire size, more so then the wheels you choose. 205/50/16's are grossly oversized for the car.

205/40/16 and 215/40/16's are going to be the closest to the factory overall diameter, and thus the smartest choices.
