Default Fitting 16X8 wheels with +25 offset

New to the wheel market, but not new to hondas.

Previous 99 Civic had stock Honda wheels. Got TBoned = totaled.

Pulling the trigger on another 99 Civic to replace it but it has hubcaps, so I'd like to put wheels on it.

Every aftermarket wheel I like is 16X8 with a +25 offset.

What must be done to fit the wheel/tire? As of now the suspension/ride height is all stock. I'm willing to lower the car, but rolling fenders, negative camber, flush, etc. isn't really appealing to me.

Thanks in advance.

Well, you're going to need to roll the quarter panels and fenders at the very least. You may need to run some negative camber, depending on tire choice.

Thanks for the reply.

After some forum reading, I recently realized that this is one of "those" threads newbs start on forums that make all the members roll their eyes. So sorry for being that guy.

With that said, is there a source for 16x7 wheels with 30-40 offset that will look nice without creating the need for excessive modification?

This is a 16x8 +32 with a 215/45/16. Granted it's on a 92-95 hatch but fitment wouldn't be that much different. Running negative 1.5 camber in the front and -.8 in the rear.

Thanks for the reply. That fitment looks great.

Now I need to find a nice looking wheel with a machined face and polished lip. Going on a white EX and I think that will look good.

As much as I know folks hate knockoffs the Avid1 AV12's would have looked great. I wish they were available in a 16X7 and 3x offset.

Those Enkei's look great, good looking car TypeRfit

BLK, if you can find 16x8 +32 or +35 you shouldn't have to roll fenders or anything, especially at stock hight. My car is slightly lowered with 16x8 +32 with 205/45 tires, and I have three finger gap, too much space actually I need to lower a little more. That is just in the front though, can't comment for the rears because I have 16x7 in the back
