Extended Lug Nuts?
Is there much issue with using extended lug nuts on OEM wheel studs, other than the lug being a lil long? Sorry for the noob question i just found a great deal on some skunk2 lug nuts and want to make sure it will all be o.k.
Thanks for the help.

The only issue I can think of (aside from the extra weight) is making sure the lug nuts have the right seating area for your wheels. The seating area is the area where the lug nut comes into contact with the wheel, as shown at the bottom of each of the lug nuts in the illustration below.
Most Honda/Acura wheels have a ball-shaped (radius) seating area and need lug nuts which also have a ball-shaped seating area. Most aftermarket wheels, and most aftermarket lug nuts, have a tapered (conel) shaped seating area. You need to use lug nuts that have the same shape seating area as your wheels do.
