I looking to buy either Axis OG Old skoo or the Stance Emotion for my 97 civic hatch. I was wandering if both of these are knock offs of real ones or what is the differences?

They're both knock-off's.

The original design came from Work Wheels. The model of the original was Equip 03.

 

do you know if spun rims are also knock offs? i would rather buy legit rims rather than knock offs of knock offs!

 

Spun wheels are also knock-off's. As I stated earlier, the Work Equip 03's are the only non knock-off for that wheel design.

 

Why do you care so much if it's a knock off or not I have dr-20s and I love them never had a single problem with them or any knock off wheel I've actually had a friend who liked his mugen knock offs better then his real mugens he used to have

 

Like previously stated, they are both knock offs, however the OG's have their own spin on the work equips 03 wheels, the OG has a 3 in flat lip which give a nice clean look

The stance emotions are more of a direction knock off, meaning these wheels have a 3inch stepped lip which is a look closer to the work wheels

They all look good on the car and the quality of the knocks are good as well, both comparable to each other, its just that lip is different. The main difference with the work 03s are that the rivets are actually legit as the works are 2-piece. the rivets on the knock offs are for show
All in all great lookin wheel on any early year civics, i just picked up a set of the gold stance emotions, and may run old school honda center caps, no one will be able to tell what im runnin haha
