ive seen some nasty bends and such.. but id have to say no.

 

what kind of wheel is it and what did it cost new-if they cheap enough just get a new rim,fixing right usually cost alot or you can take it and have it ghetto welded cheap-your choice

 

Quality wheel repair typically costs USD100-150 per wheel. If the wheel is worth repairing, I would take it to a professional wheel repair shop (if there's one in your area) or e-mail the photos to a professional wheel repair shop (if the wheel would need to be shipped) and ask them their opinion on whether it's fixable.

 

Make sure whatever you do you get rid of that tire, that looks like some nasty cracks in it.
