Default Wandering Arc welding Titanium?

Well I am messing around with some titanium tonight for the first time, just running some practice beads on some scrap. The arc is all over the place and I cant seem to get in any more stable. Arc is fine on DC welding steel and on AC welding aluminum. Material and tungsten is clean. Any tips or ideas???

^^ what code 4 said. Make sure your material is clean. Also, I don't know what thickness you're trying to weld, but if it is thin, and you're not applying very much current, it will wander, until you step a little harder on the pedal to get the puddle started. I'm not sure if this could be the situation, but hope it might help.
