Default S2000 manifold

my first s2000 manifold and my 3rd manifold ever....i know there are places to improve, but if you guys wanna shoot up some positive or negative comments your more than welcome. i have been learning new things everyday while building these and i know one thing i really need to improve on is bead consisity.

it looks like you could use a little bit more heat, use a larger gas cup too. otherwise looks pretty good!

that looks amazing.. how do you actually figure out the bends? on paper, a mock out of cardboard/plasti, eye ball it?

Any bracing? Looks like there's going to be a lot of stress on that manifold from the turbo's position.

whats the heat setting your welding sch10 pipe at and i have a number 8 cup, but need to get the large gas lense for the number 10 and 12 cup i have.

there is a brace holding the turbo to the block.

looks good rene. i bet the collector joints were fun to do. only thing i'd add would be a brace to the wg branch at the collector.

Looks good, just keep in mind the oil drain. Give yourself plenty of clearance there w/the front crossmember.

well, adding heat wont necessarily fix it. what im referring to is how your weld bead has 'peaks'. thats either from not enough heat, moving too fast/adding too much filler or combination of all.
try either going slower, adding heat or slowing down with the filler to keep it consistent.
