Hi... a friend of mine made for me this manifold. The price was $100 bucks.
I know... what can you expect for $100... but... i think it can take 200rwhp... i´m not looking for 300 or 400 right now.

I´m running an ls-vtec in which i will add a turbo later.

The flange is for 38mm i think... and it was made to hold a KKK K26.
I accept any critic... i´ve already paid this... so... i don´t care too much.

At last, but not least... u get what u pay for.

PD. This was made in Mexico.

^^^ haha just thought this was funny, ls/vtec and Rear Wheel Horse Power ....

But back on topic it is ugly and not designed well. but for $100 it will work and should hold up well.

No leaks.......some of those flange welds look like they might. You should brace it in my opinion. Alot of the welds are pretty shotty, supporting the weight will probably reduce the constant cracking.

Looks like its welded with mig and trying to imitate tig welds = porous crap with not much penetration...

for a bill you can't really complain, but as others have said you should definately build a support brace from the block to the turbo so that the weight of the turbo is not being supported entirely by the manifold.

um why would a mig welded manifold need bracing? it is more then likely made of pipe not thin guage tubing. so the need to brace isn't there. plus have you seen the size of the turbo he is using it is tiny.

he wasn't claiming that the MIG itself is not a decent form of welding, what he was saying was that when someone tries to MIG something to resemble TIG, it will not have the correct amount of penetration, and will most likely be porous and leak.

WTF difference does it make that it's MIG welded? The fact is, is that it's sh*t welded, and for piece of mind take 20 minutes and make simple brace.

The funny thing is...If it doesn't leak it will make 250 at 10lbs easy.If your motor is in good shape. And everthing else is set up correct.besides that ugly manifold.Yes 240 or 250 no problem.
