I am learning everytime I do it, been doing tig for 2 years (self taught for the most part) just for fun in my spare time, and doing alum mig/pulsed mig for 10yrs. I will see if I can get some mig pics up soon.

thats the ****ing hotness up there! where does everyone get there aluminum from like the manifolds above and the catch cans on the first page that they dont have to buff off before welding. it makes it look much cleaner like that.

Oh, and I forgot to add in my post, my machine is a miller Syncrowave 180SD. I wish I could afford the dynasty, maybe in a few years when my welding is better I could justify it, until now the sync 180 does me just fine

For those of you who welded intercooler tanks...
I was freaking out when I did my first one, the metal was so thin, but the intercooler itself soaks up the heat and it was actually really easy to weld.

Here's some "Pulse-on-Pulse" from class earlier today. Machine is a Lincoln PowerMIG 300, wfs: 184, trim: .95, 3/16" thick material. These are some outside corners.
