It seems to me that the welder would be hard-pressed to get a real bite into that.
If you must use it, please bevel all joints deeply with a grinder or die-grinder.
The cuts are really jagged and sharp corners on that, it will flow terrible.
The whole point of pie-cutting is to come really close to a radius. You need more cuts. I have to give you credit for the fit-up tolerances though, not bad at all.

Shure you can !!
70 amp si all you need, just watch the duty cycle of the welder..
exemple : if it's a 20% duty cycle, you weld 2 minutes then you let it cool down for 10 minutes.

nice work's, people don't really understand why those things take so much time to fab up...

TIPS : you got some aluminized steel piping, prior to weld them full, prepare each surface to be welded with a hand grinder and a STEEL wire wheel. You NEED to remove the aluminium coat befor welding. if you want the best result possible, wipe off with clean coton rag and acetone ( break cleaner will do perfectly fine ), wipe is the very last preparation step before you weld them. be carefull to let the acetone dry fully before welding to avoid fire.

Hope this help
Kranked.

Yeah, pie cuts are nice, but U-bends are cheap enough and are definitely the ticket.

Downpipe made out of scrap Ubend pieces I had layin around. Charge pipes made out of 2 stainless Ubends and a couple other small bends. Had to cheat one spot. U-bends are the ticket.
