VERY nice work!! https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif

my friend had a twin turbo setup on a mustang with kinda similar turbo locations. he was having a problem with oil return from his turbos, because the line wasn't sloped enough to get the oil back to the oil pan. since the oil had no where to go, it would leak past the seals and smoke. i think his turbos were mounted a little lower though, but it might be something to be aware of.

Thanks. I won't be relying much on gravity for the oil return since i'll be using a scavenge pump.

rofl. That was awesome.

ZzZCivicZzZ 06-27-2007 08:22 AM

Oh, also.. can you give me some more info on how you're planning on running the radiator in the back of the car? Also, what are you planning on doing for filters (will you even run filters?)?

Sorry if you've already explained either of these.

I'll be cutting out the spare tire well and mounting the rad back there. The fans will be mounted on the bottom side drawing air from inside the car and pulling it out. I'll have rigidly mounted aluminum tubing mounted under the car that will transfer the coolant from front to back with -16 bungs on the ends. Then, i'll have some -16 hoses connecting the rad to the tubing and to the motor. I'll also have a small 30gpm water pump inline helping to pump the coolant to the motor.

Not sure about the filters. I'll figure that out when it's time. lol

Sounds like you've got it down. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif Best of luck. We're lovin' your project over at HighAltitudeImports.com!

I rather build my own parts whenever possible. It doesn't matter if they don't workout that great, i usually end up making something new within a couple of months anyways. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...es/emsmile.gif </TD></TR></TABLE>

If I could fit more into my sig, I would totally add this. Amen to that bro. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...es/emsmile.gif https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif
