I just got a jdm type r front end conversion for my integra. how would i install the rad support. no sure weather i have to break the spot welds or do i have to just cut the front off?? any help would be very helpful and appreciated. THANKSSSS

Use boogers, put them on wet and let them dry before you take it out for a top speed test

i just got done doing mines. i used an air hammer with a chizzle. just split in off. comes off much cleaner. better then trying to drill out cause it'll leave you holes from where the spot weld where. took me about 8 hours without getting it welded. just held up with bolts but highly recommend welding it. much safer and stronger. got it welded last week seems all good. G/L with yours!!!!!!

 

Snap on spot weld bits make it nice. Then just air hammer to split whatever sticks.
