Default Honda Chopper

Here is a hondaka frame with a honda 125 four stroke motor that i'm making into a little chopper.. I've put two or three weekends into it so far.. cutting, bending, welding, grinding.. over and over

my welds aren't the best.. but they'll do.. im having issues with the old tubing having rust on the inside contaminating the welds..

its a chonda...honda chopper, i was gunna build my own bike outta a Suzuki GS550 but im just buying a harley instead, the down fall of what you did tho is your frame is all outta whack now becuz you dont have a frame jig to hold everything straight when you cut it, everything might be off/not straight now but either way you go good luck with the chonda man

It looks to me as that frame might fatigue quite easily, but none the less a very interesting project. I would brace that frame up to be safe.

yea, im still not done with the frame, i had to cut a brace off the top because it hit the top of the motor, so i going to put that back in at a slightly different angle. The next part will be making the rear part of the frame since it will be a hardtail.
