Default Civic twin engine VIDS NOW in page 4

Me and my friend had the idea to do a mid engine civic but after seeing a couple of project here and on the net we decided to go with twin engine.
I don't need suggestions I just share our project with you.

First, the engine bay donnor

150 shots of nitrous in a 400000kms d15

To keep the wheels straith in the rear we welded the steering rack

This is how we keep the wheel base, we have ajusted the wheel gap with the same height that the front wheel have.

No more trunk floor and a happy friend in it.

Donnor engine bay in place

Primered

Painted and with the engines in

Update when the engines will be running, and after that... turbo

It's nice to see someone actually doing a project and not just talking about doing it. This will be really cool when it's all finished. You guy's just make sure to keep updating with pics and maybe some video's when its running.

the clutch wont be too hard since its hydro mabye just tee a line. same with shift linkage since there both facing the same way you could fab something up that runs off the back of the stock shifter to the rear engine. definatly cool though.

Do a little search in hybrid you will see an very interesting thread.

For the clutch we will use a 2 master cylinder system just like Whitesol with his del sol
