i need to get 4 aluminum rings made. can anyone do this and how much would it run me?

thickness: 1/16
outer diameter: 10.75
inner diameter: 10.125

heres what im looking for without the holes. just need a plain flat aluminum ring for a kindergarten project.

 

do they HAVE to be alum?

lol... no i do community service work at a kindergarten school. giving my back to the community

 

could just make them from mild steel. Would probably be cheaper.
