Default Bolt Size (List)

Lets make this a list of bolt sizes. Going to use this as a reference for sourcing out bolts.

Will keep updated!

Here we go:

Flywheel bolts (B and D the same, dont know about H and K): M12 x 1.0
Pressure Plate bolts (same b and d dont know about h and k): M8 x 1.25
Oil pan/Trans drain plug: M14 x 1.5
Trans case bolts that hold that little ball bearing in place with spring: M12 x 1.0 (oddly enough this is a hard tap to find, and timesert hasnt even made an insert for it yet so dont screw this one up)
Oil Pressure Sensor (back of block): 1/8 - 28BSP
Bumper screw/bolts: M6 x 1.0
Crank Bolt: M14 x 1.25
14mm Allen Bolt: M28 x 1.5
10mm Allen Bolt: M20 x 1.0
19mm bolt that connects rear trans bracket to trans: M14 x 1.5

Manifold to Turbo bolt size
Drag, Rev-Hard, Inline Pro - 10mm x 1.25 [30mm] ( length of the bolt)
Max-Rev - 3/8 x 24 fine thread

Turbo to Downpipe flange bolt size T3 only 8mm x 1.25mm [20mm]

Oil return Flange bolt size 8mm x 1.25 [20mm]
Some Garrett uses 3/8-16 threads per inch [20mm]
All T series and Super T series uses the 3/8-16

35m Wastegate to manifold bolt size 8mm x 1.25 [20mm]

Stock Map Sensor Bolt 4mm x 0.7mm [15mm]

O2 sensor bung or bolt to plug it up 18mm x 1.50

Oil Return Parts list:

Oil Drain Flange 1/2"

1/2" to -10AN adapter 45 degrees adapter

45 deg -10AN swivel seal hose end

Straight -10AN Swivel seal hose end

1' of -10AN 200 series hose.

-10 steel weld on bung

Oil feed line part list

1- male 1/8" BSPT to female 1/8" NPT adapter (aluminum)
1- 1/8" NPT Brass Tee adapter with one male out and two females.
1- 3.5' of -3AN lines with hose ends attach
1- straight 1/8" NPT to -3AN adapter
1- 90 deg 1/8" NPT to -3AN adapter

Top of stock fuel filter bolt size if you wanna run a SS lines to filter 12mm x 1.25
Greddy EGT probe bung thread size 1/8" NPT with 27 thread pitch

M6-1.0 --- common (most of our 10mm head bolts)
M8-1.25 -- common (probably most of our 12mm head bolts)
M10-1.25 - some headbolts) (probably most of our 14mm head bolts)
M11-1.25 - freakshow timing belt tensioner on H/F engines. 7/16-20 is VERY close.
M11x1.5 -- some headbolts)
M12x1.0 -- flywheel bolts + shift fork ball spring bolts)
M12-1.25 - common (probably most of our 17mm head bolts)
M12-1.5 -- lugnuts)
M14-1.25 - crank bolt?)
M14-1.5 -- oil pan drain plug. 19mm head bolt that connects rear trans bracket to trans
M16-???
M20x1.0 -- 10mm allen bolt
M20x1.5 (oil filter threads????)
M22x??? d-series countershaft nut
M28x1.5 - 14mm allen bolt
M18x1.5 is the O2 sensor bung
1/8 BSPT is the oil pressure sensor threads

Also, if it's an unusual thread, like the oil filter for example, Please put it like this
M20x1.5 (oil filter threads)

Front LCA Bolts:
Subframe flange bolt: 14x1.5mm
Bushing bracket flange bolt: 14x1.5mm
Bushing nut: 14x1.5mm
Shock fork lower bolt: 12x1.25mm
Shock fork upper bolt: 10x1.25mm
Swaybar endlink nuts: 8x1.25mm
Swaybar bushing bolts: 8x1.25mm

FWIW here folks, when it comes to metric sizing, the end numerals in the size dimension are the distance from peak to peak in mm So an M14X1.5 is an M14 (14mm) X 1.5 mm peak to peak ^ ^ the distance between the peaks

Im looking for the size of the lines going into the power steering rack. Looking to do the manual conversion to the p/s rack. I want to be able to have the fittings when i do it and not have to wait.
