so before i go and cut and weld up my nice bisimoto header i'm going to ask this

does ANYONE know where i can find a 2.75inch floating 2 bolt flange
or make a 2.5 or 3 inch work with a donut gasket?

 

well the reason why i can't find it is because no one makes one
and all bisimoto did was tell me i have to modify my header to make use of ANY exhaust
so the 25 dollar donut gasket i bought is now useless

 

for anyone who cares... I have the same problem with a Bisimoto header. Awesome header, but the 2.75" collector creates a problem. I will most likely be cutting mine and welding in a 2.5" connection. Like the original poster, I paid extra for a flange and gasket, which are not really useable. Bummer.

so you are saying that you bought a header w/ a flange and gasket that does not have a receiving flange and the manufacturer cant get you one... WTF??? i guess you should have put bisimoto in the thread title and you would have a 40 page thread by lunch time...

 

Get a vband flange and a flex. bolted gaskets belong on tractors.
