The numbers are 37820-P14-A00
560 KA.KC-MT
I'm not sure if the numbers have to match cuz my car is 92 prelude si 4ws.

I have one 37820-P14-L01 and 562 KL-MT . It also has the 4W sticker. I'll let it go for $60 shipped.
