I am selling my 2003 Lancer Evolution 8
Specs:
Tarmac Black
93,787 miles on the body
AWD
HID headlights
I purchased the car with a blown engine. I ordered a brand new factory Mitsubishi shortblock.
Other specs:
Engine:
NEW OEM Mitsubishi shortblock (installed at 92,673 miles. So 1,114 miles on engine setup at the time of this posting)
NEW OEM Mitsubishi Oil pump
NEW OEM Mitsubishi Water pump
NEW OEM Mitsubishi Timing belt, pullies, and tensioner
NEW OEM Mitsubishi Gasket set with factory MLS headgasket
NEW OEM Mitsubishi Timing belt cover
B&M Oil Cooler w/ stainless braided lines and fittings
Modern Automotive Performance headstuds
SI Industries stainless valves
Brian Crower valve springs w/ titanium retainers
GSC S2 camshafts 274/274
New Lifters
EGR Delete
Hallman Manual boost controller
Exhaust/Turbo Kit:
Modern Automotive Performance ported and ceramic coated exhaust manifold
35,000 mile Evo 9 turbocharger w/ Modern Automotive Performance ported and ceramic coated exhaust housing
Megan Racing ceramic coated O2 housing
3" 304 stainless Vishnu Racing V-Band downpipe
3" custom 304 stainless mandrel bent exhaust. Fully TIG welded and V-Banded
2 - Magnaflow Performance mufflers w/ middle muffler V-Banded for easy removal and more aggressive sound (test pipe supplied)
ETS 3" Front mount intercooler
Custom built 304 stainless mandrel bent intercooler piping and intake w/ black silicone couplers
TiAL "Q-R" Recirculating BOV
Drivetrain:
ACT 2600 pressure plate w/ ACT street disc
Fully rebuilt 5 speed transmission w/ OEM parts
New OEM 2nd gear, synchros, detents, and seals
New front axles
45,000 mile rear differential
Raised fill hole on rear differential (OEM fill hole was notoriously low, causing bearing wear)
AMSoil fluids
Suspension:
TEIN Super Street Coilovers
TEIN Upper pillowball mounts
Energy Suspension Master Bushing Kit
New Timken rear wheel bearings
ARP Extended wheel studs
Fuel system:
Walbro 255HP fuel pump
FIC high impedence 1100cc injectors
FIC resistor pack delete
MISC:
Evo 9 tail lights
Rear wing removed
Evo X GSR wheels
Nexus NT3000 tires
Primo Performance rotated battery mount
New Interstate Honda battery (works great)
NEW OEM Mitsubishi hood vent/rain tray
Binary Engineering seat lowering brackets (both front seats)
Kenwood CD player w/ auxilary input and USB drive
I would rate the Exterior an 8.5 out of 10. Rock chips, small crack on front bumper and such, but otherwise solid and RUST FREE. Needs a little TLC
The interior I would rate similar. 8.5 - 9 out of 10. Some wear on the seats.
Great driver and the A/C blows cold.
Tuned on E85 at 24 lbs of boost (wanted to keep it modest since it is a daily driver)
Very fun and very reliable! Basically EVERY moving part on this car has been replaced! Virtually NEW!
CLEAN TITLE in hand! No loans or liens to deal with!
*I HAVE ALL RECEIPTS AND PICTURES TO PROVE EVERYTHING ABOVE*
ASKING $18,000 OBO

Some additional pictures.
I also noticed a power steering leak in the rack, so I got a 35,000 mile rack from my buddies donor car and replaced it and the sway bar bushings with the energy suspension ones while I was at it.
