Default Wheels turning in neutral

Hi,

My 94 Prelude VTEC's wheels were rotating slowly when I had the front up on jackstands yesterday. The car is a 5 speed and was in neutral. When I disengaged the cluth, the wheels would stop, and upon engagement, they would start again. It was a very slow rotation; light pressure would stop it completely. It certainly isn't enough to get the car moving while on the ground. I haven't seen or really heard about this happening before. Though I could see rotational vibrations translating over from the input shaft/layshaft. Just curious...
